A Study on the Innovation Strategies of Cultural Industry Based on SWOT Analysis in Hebei Province

以文化产业和创新概念为出发点,运用SWOT分析法分析了河北省文化产业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,建立了SWOT矩阵,并以此为依据,提出河北省文化产业5QG创新模式以及观念创新、制度创新、技术创新、管理创新和战略创新的策略,为进一步加快河北省文化产业发展和提高发展水平,科学制定河北省文化产业创新发展规划提供可靠依据。

Based on cultural industry and the concept of innovation, this thesis aims to offer an objective and exact analysis of the current circumstances of the cultural industry in Hebei by using SWOT analysis. It gives a general picture of the strengths, weaknesses of the cultural industry in Hebei and the opportunities and challenges it faces at present. This paper forms a SWOT matrix. Based on the matrix, it suggests strategies of innovations in concept, institution, technique, management and strategy. Therefore, this paper provides a reliable basis to further enhance the development and make a scientific plan of the innovation of the cultural industry in Hebei.
