摘要
根据高质量旅游人才培养目标要求,探讨了"旅游学到底能否升级成一级学科"这个核心命题。旅游管理学科错位体现在两个方面:一方面是旅游管理学科定位属性与办学依托之间错位,另一方面是旅游管理学科定位属性与人才培养(就业)之间错位。需确定旅游高等教育的战略定位和旅游专业的"核心"学科地位;明确学科目标,合理设置课程体系;同时,改变现行教育体制,建立官、产、学、研一体化教育模式。这样才能理顺旅游管理的学科错位,对旅游管理学科进行合理定位。
Rooted in the high quality tourism talents training ideas, the core proposition that "whether tourism can be upgraded to first level subject" has been discussed. The dislocation of tourism management discipline is reflected in two aspects: on the one hand the dislocation between tourism management discipline positioning properties and basis of school construction and on the other hand the dislocation between tourism management discipline positioning properties and the talent training (employment). The tourism strategic positioning and the "core" disciplinary status of tourism major should be made to define its teaching goal and set up reasonable curriculum system. At the same time, the current educational system should be changed to establish intigrated modes of officer, production, study and research education. Only in this way, can tourism management subject dislocation be rationalized, and the tourism management subject be reasonably positioned.
