摘要
大学英语教学是一项理论性和实践性都很强的课堂教育活动,承载着增强学生自主学习能力、提升综合人文素养的责任,具有重要的素质教育价值。大学英语课堂教学效果不仅取决于教师专业知识的水平,更受到教师教学方法、师生关系等非智力因素的影响。因此,需要教师对课堂教学进行科学合理的设计,创设轻松愉快的课堂氛围,注重科学教学方法的综合利用,建立起融洽的课堂师生关系,通过不断优化大学英语课堂教学结构提升英语课堂教学效率,进而构建新的英语素质教育模式,提升英语教育教学质量。
English teaching in colleges is a classroom teaching which is both highly theoretical and practical. It carries the duty of enhancing students" ability of independent study and promoting their humanistic accomplishment. Therefore, it is of important value in the quality-oriented education. The teaching effect of English classes in colleges is influenced not only by the professional knowledge of teachers, but also by nonintellectual factors such as their teaching methods, the relationship between teachers and students, etc. As a result, teachers should have a scientific design of classroom teaching to create a relaxed and light-hearted class atmosphere. Teachers should pay attention to the compre- hensive teaching methods to form harmonious relationship between students and themselves. To construct a new mode of English quality-oriented education should be to constructed to promote the teaching qualities by continuous optimizing the setting of English classroom teaching and improving the teaching efficiency of English classes.
