摘要
依据统计数据及调查资料,运用比较分析法,分析我国小麦粉加工产业结构存在的问题,提出优化我国小麦粉加工产业结构的对策。
This paper analyzes the problems concerning the industrial structure of China＇ s wheat flour processing using comparative analysis method based on statistical data and survey data, and presents some countermeasures to optimize the industrial structure of China＇ s wheat flour processing.
