兼并重组企业文化融合及演变路径研究——基于对立性价值框架理论 被引量:1

摘要 利用对立性价值框架模型,从"权力距离"、"不确定性规避"两个维度分析了兼并重组企业的文化融合情况及变化趋势;从理论上归纳了兼并重组企业文化融合存在交融渗透式、强制统一式和重新整合式等三种模式;通过分析行业文化特点,归纳出兼并重组企业文化演变的三种路径;探讨了企业文化演变过程中存在的潜在风险。 This paper analyzes the cultural integration and shifting trend of corporates in the processing of merging and reorganizing using a competing values framework and the dimension of "power distance" and "uncertainty avoidance". It sums up theorectically the three patterns of corporates merging, such as blending and permeating, mandatory unifying and reintegration. After analysing the cultural characteristics of the industry, it summarizes 3 ways of cultural evolving for corporate merging and reorganizing and then discusses underlying risks involved in the process of corporate cultural evolving.
