辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,辅导员素质的提升是高校的一项重要课题;辅导员高校访学对推进高校学生工作发展,推进辅导员专业化和职业化,推进学生全面发展都有重要的价值;高校通过辅导员访学机制体制的构建,辅导员访学角色的准确定位,辅导员访学中的人文关怀与过程管理,访学辅导员交流共享平台的搭建等措施提高辅导员访学的效果。

Counselors are the backbone of conducting ideological and political education for college students and enhancing the quality of the counselors is an important topic of colleges and universities. The scholastic visiting of the counselors at universities is of important value to promoting the development of the work involving college students and advancing the specialization ＆ professionalization of the counselors as well as promoting the overall development of students. The effectiveness of university scholastic visiting can be improved by constructing a system and a mechamism of scholastic visiting for the counselors, accurately positioning the role of visiting counselors, giving them humane care, managing the process and building a sharing platform of communication.
