自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床观察

The Clinical observation of auto transplantation of corneal limbus stem cells with combination therapy using the mitomycin C of curing recurrent pterygium

目的:探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法:对我院2010年3月至2012年3月期间采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素治疗的32例(37眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:随访6～24个月,治愈36眼占97.3%,复发1眼占2.7%,结膜移植片平伏愈合良好,未出现感染、角膜白斑、睑球粘连、巩膜溃疡坏死等并发症。结论:角膜缘干细胞移植联合应用丝裂霉素C是治疗复发性翼状胬肉较好的方法,具有复发率低、并发症少、安全、有效等优点,值得临术推扩使用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of auto transplantation of corneal limbus stem cells with combination therapy using the mitomycin C of curing recurrent pterygium.Methods： To retrospectively analyze the clinical invention of 32 paradigms（37 eyes） during March from 2010 to 2012.Results： Followed for 6 to 24 months,the rate of curing 36 eyes is 97.3%,and relapse of 1 eye is 2.7%.The conjunctival graft healing good and no any complication occurred, such as infection,leucoma,symblepharon and sclerocorneal ulcer mortification,etc.Conclusion： The transplantation of corneal limbus stem cells using the mitomycin C is a better treatment of curing recurrent pterygium,which has a lot of advantages,such as the low relapse rate,the less complication,safe and effect,etc.It deserves to promote the use in the operation.
