西部地区农村教师继续教育发展的现状分析及对策

Status Quo and Countermeasures of Countinuing Education for Teachers in West Rural Areas

时代飞速发展,老师必须不断学习才能不落后于时代,才能提高自己的教学水平。但由于经费不足、工学矛盾突出,继续教育培训的内容形式与西方地区农村老师的工作实践严重脱节,而不被农村教师认同,即使国培计划也难免流于形式,收效甚微,因此应从增强培训的针对性,融合监控和评价机制,保障经费,提供多种培训形式,增强中小学自主发展意识等多方面着手来发展西部地区农村教师的继续教育。

Along with economic development and fiscal expenditure on education increasement, the requirement for teachers has increased. In order to meet the current needs of the age, teachers must keep learning to improve teaching. This paper, based on the status analysis of countinuing education for teachers in west rural areas, explores the effective ways which are helpful to develop the countinuing education of teachers. It is of great significance to promote the development of continuing education of teachers in rural areas.
