拓展学前教育资源的方式、原则及其政策保障研究

学前教育领域仍然是当前我国教育发展中最薄弱的环节。如何有效地拓展学前教育资源,并从政策保障措施上予以支持,已经成为当前我国学前教育领域亟待解决的重大课题。政府必须坚持多措并举,通过多种途径,采取多种方式来有效解决这一问题。在拓展学前教育资源的过程中,必须坚持公益性、稳步推进、数量与质量并重等基本原则。另外,政府应从多方面建立健全政策保障措施。

Preschool education sphere is the weakest link in educational development in China today. It is an important and urgent problem in preschool education sphere in China to expend resources of preschool education and to provide policy safeguards. Government must use diversified ways to solve this problem. In the course of expending resources of preschool education, fundamental principles of public good, laying equal stress on quantity and quality, steady growth need to be followed. In addition, government must perform and improve diversified measures of policy safeguards.
