摘要
文章尝试通过理论和案例分析,对家族企业权威体系做一探索性讨论。作者提出了家族企业权威系统观、动态观等观点,并将家族企业权威划分为家族权威和科层权力两个子系统。然后分别讨论了在企业主主导的关系框架内,通过与企业主加强关系或施加影响等各种方式,拥有家族权威的家族雇员如何追求科层权力的匹配,而被赋予科层权力的职业经理人又是如何追求家族权威的匹配。因为如果两个子系统不匹配,不论是家族雇员还是职业经理人,在家族企业中都将遭遇权力残缺的困境。文章也剖析了家族企业主为了保持对于企业的最终控制,如何有意安排的两个子系统不匹配。理论论证了家族企业权威不是静态的,而是一个不断动态变化互动的系统。
The study employs economic and social theory analysis method to explore the authority system in fanlily business. The study presents the family business authority from system view and dynamic view. dividing the family business authority system into two subsystems: family authority and hierarchical power. By designing their own ways to deal with owner of family business, this study discusses how the family employees and nonfamily employees in family business pursuit the family authority and hierarchical power respectively, If the two subsystems mismatched, both family employees and non-family employees would encounter power deformities. In the meanwhile, we also investigate another interesting situation, which the owners intend to arrange un-matching for ultimate control. Finally, we try to demonstrate that the family business authority system is not static but dynamic.
