山麻鸭品系配套杂交效果研究

Effect of Crossbreeding of the Commercial Line of Shanma Ducks

利用经过专门化品系选育的山麻鸭I系（S1S1）、山麻鸭II系（S2S2）、山麻鸭III系（S3S3）、金定鸭（JJ）、莆田黑鸭（PP）和闽农白鸭（FF）为育种素材,通过杂交配合力测定,筛选产蛋量高、饲料转化率高的三系杂交的山麻鸭配套系。结果表明,筛选出三个最佳三系杂交配套组合F（PS2）、P（S1F）和F（S1P）,其500日龄产蛋数分别为345.4±1.2枚、339.2±2.0枚和331.1±1.3枚,总产蛋重分别为25.12±0.08kg、24.26±0.06kg和24.13±0.17kg,料蛋比分别为2.60、2.68和2.67,较亲本山麻鸭S1S1系500日龄产蛋数300.2枚、总产蛋重19.9kg、料蛋比2.91分别提高了10.3%-15.1%、21%-26.1%和15.1%-18.7%。

In this study, Shanma duck strain I （S1S1）, strain II （SD2S2）, strain Ⅲ （S3S3）, Putian black duck （PP）, Jinding duck （JJ） and the Minnong white duck （FF） were used as basic materials to build the commerical line. According to specialized selection, hybridization and combining ability determination, the new eommerical line was established, which have high egg production and feed conversion rate. The result showed that three optimal three-line hybrids for commercial reproduction （F（PS2）,P（S1F）and F（S1P））was selected. The number of eggs at 500 days old were 345.4±1.2,339.2±2.0 and 331.1±1.3 respectively, the total egg weight were 25.12±0.08 kg,24.26± 0.06 kg and 24.13±0.17 kg respectively, the feed/egg ratio were 2.60,2.68 and 2.67 respectively. An increase of 10.3：15.1%,21-26.1% and 15.1-18.7% respectively compared to the 300.2 （num- ber of eggs at 500 days old）, 19.9 kg （total egg weight）and 2.91：1 （feed/egg ratio） of the parent line of Shanma duck S1S1.
