This paper focus on the essense of contemporary management inspired by the ideas of Chuang - tzu. By applying for the conceptions such as equality, flexibility, yin and yang of complexit, responsibility,insensitivity and noninterference of Chuang - tzu into the theory of contemporary management, this paper try to explore the new paradigm of contemporary management.
