《国务院关于进一步促进贵州经济社会又好又快发展的若干意见》为贵州发展注入了强大动力,贵州高等职业教育要紧紧抓住这一历史契机,围绕服务地方经济建设的职能,为贵州经济社会发展培养和输送高素质技能型人才。辅导员队伍的建设是决定高素质技能型人才培养目标实现的关键因素,通过分析贵州高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的现状及成因,提出贵州高职院校辅导员队伍职业化建设的对策,为贵州高职院校人才培养目标的实现,助推贵州经济社会发展起到促进作用。
