摘要
介绍了内蒙古京海煤矸石发电有限责任公司2×330 MW机组的协调控制系统,分析了机组一次调频反调、主蒸汽温度控制严重偏离设计值、2台或单台给水泵运行时某台给水泵跳闸后备用给水泵联启控制逻辑等问题,并对控制系统进行了优化,确保了机组的安全经济运行。
The paper introduces the coordinated control system for 2×330 MW units in Inner Mongolia Jinghai Gangue Power Generation Co., Ltd., and analyzes some problems such as anti-regulation in primary frequency regulation, the deviation of design value for fresh steam temperature control, standby pump startup control logic after a feed water pump tripping when two or one feed water pump puts into operation, etc. Based on which the paper carries out the optimization on the control system, ensuring the safe and economic operation of the units.
