实行师范生免费教育是当今我国师范教育领域改革的一项重要措施,对教育事业发展,尤其是基层教育事业发展具有非常重要的意义和深远的影响。目前师范生免费教育中存在诸多问题有待解决。要使师范生免费教育健康有序发展,必须建立严格规范的制度。

The implementation of the free normal education is an important measure in teacher education re- form in China nowadays, which has a great significance for and a far-reaching impact on the development of educa- tion, esp. basic education. Given many urgent issues in free normal education now, efforts must be made to estab- lish a strict and normative system so as to ensure the healthy development of free normal education.
