摘要 概述分布式发电、微网及智能电网的基本概念和运行特性.通过对微网系统并网的基本理论分析,提出实现可靠并网的几点要求.运用EMTDC/PSCAD对含光伏和风电模型的微网系统进行建模,通过仿真微网和大电网并网的可靠性标准,得到电力电子设备、电能质量和控制策略等方面对微网系统和外电网实现可靠并网的基本要求.该算例系统的仿真分析结果可以作为实现微网系统可靠并网的理论参考. This paper provides an overview of the basic concepts and operating characteristics about distributed generation, micro-grid and the smart grid. Several requests for achieving reliable grid are put forward through analyzing the basic theory of grid-connected microgrid. Models of microgrid system with photovoltaic and wind power model are made by using EMTDC / PSCAD. The basic requirements of power electronic equipment, power quality and control strategies are pro- posed for realizing connection between micro-grid system and outside grid through simulating the reliability standards of the grid-connected microgrid. Simulation analysis results of the example system can be used as theoretical reference for realizing reliable grid-connected microgrid.
