摘要 为给EMS系统各种在线分析和控制应用软件的研发提供一种实验室测试的实时应用环境,提出并实现基于RTDS和EMS的系统级闭环控制实验仿真平台,该平台可以模拟多个厂站终端RTU,并建立其与EMS的并行连接.基于自主开发规约转换和实时数据存储控制模块,并经RTDS仿真器的GTNET数字通信接口,支持RTDS-EMS双向数据流,实现与实际电网一致的4遥功能.以蒙西电网系统为例进行测试,验证所开发平台的实用性. To provide the real-time application environment in laboratory for the research of on-line analysis and control applications in EMS system, a simulation platform used for system-level closed-loop control experiment is proposed and has been realized based on RTDS and EMS in this paper. A number of virtual station terminal-RTLl can be simulated and connected to EMS simul- taneously. A protocol converter and a real-time data storage control generator are developed inde- pendently. Through the RTDS-GTNET digital interface, bi-directional data flow between RTDS and EMS is supported. The power grid of Mengxi, as an exkmple, is simulated and tested based on the platform. Testing results show the platform is with practical applicability.
