摘要
采用统一平台建设电力视频数据网络,并研究平台建设模式,提出视频流媒体部署模型算法,给出模型的对比分析结果.并在国家电网公司建设电网统一视频监控平台,支持前端视频监控系统及设备的集中统一接入、网-省视频纵向互通以及业务融合,显著提高设备管理及系统运行维护水平,提升视频资源共享能力.工程实践表明:基于统一平台的视频数据网络建设符合国家电网公司视频监控要求和发展趋势,提出的流媒体部署模型合理、有效.
Based on the unified platform and its construction scheme for the power video data network, the algorithm of video stream deployment is proposed in this paper. And the video surveillance system is built in state grids. The unified method are provided, it supports video surveillance systems and equipment management platform and the interconnection of platform, business integration. The platforms significantly improve the level of equipment management and mainte- nance, and enhance the capabilities of video resource sharing. The system is thus constructed regularly. Engineering practice results show that the unified platform based video data network satisfies the requirement of video surveillance in state grid corporation, and makes streaming media deployment effectively.
