摘要
本文针对工程项目管理对BIM应用的实际需求,提出了一个新的BIM工程项目管理整体实施方案和系统架构。通过解决分布存储信息与BIM构件的关联及查询等关键技术,开发基于Web的项目综合管理系统,并将其与基于BIM的4D施工管理系统无缝集成,建立管理数据与BIM模型双向链接,实现了基于BIM和Web的工程项目管理。系统研究为BIM在工程施工中的应用提供了新的技术方法和软件系统,实际工程项目的成功应用验证了实施方案和系统的可行性和有效性。
Based on the actual demand of BIM application in engineering project management, a new integrat- ed solution and framework for engineering project management supported by BIM was advanced. Web-based system for project integrated management was developed through associating BIM entity with distributed information and in- formation querying. With seamless integration with 4D construction management system, Bi-directional links be- tween BIM model and management information were built, enabling BIM-based engineering project management. This research provide a new method and technology for applying BIM in engineering construction, application results proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the solution and system.
