Evaluation on Safety of Coal Transportation in Mechanical and Electric Modes and Related Thoughts

改革开放以来我国经济高速发展,煤炭的需求量也是越来越大,随着开采的大规模化,一些煤炭企业在开采的工程中所暴露的安全问题也是越发严峻。有关部门和煤矿行业的工作人员必须要加强对安全方面的意识,从系统设计、生产现状等过程中对事故和事故隐患进行科学分析,最大程度地减少安全隐患,预防事故的发生。文章分析了煤炭机电运输安全评价的几种方法,提出保障机电运输安全的几项措施。

As China develops quickly in economy after starting reform and opening up, the coal demand is becoming larger and coal is mined in larger scale, and more and more serious safety problems appear in some coal enterprises while in coal mining. The relevant departments and personnel of coal mining industry must strengthen the sense of safety, make scientific analysis on the accidents and their causes at the system design and production processes to minimize potential safety hazards and prevent accidents. The paper analyzes the evaluation methods for safety in coal transportation in mechanical and electric modes, and raises some measures for safety control.
