Practice and Exploration of Strengthening Safety Publicity and Education to Promote Safety Development in Coal Mines

安全,是煤矿的天字号工程。随着我国对煤矿安全工作的重视程度越来越大,如何强化安全管理已经成为煤矿企业实现"安全发展"的一个重要命题。思想是行为的先导,安全宣传教育正是强化安全意识、扶正认识偏差、规范操作行为、构建正确安全价值观的有力武器。新的历史条件下,安全宣传教育必须紧密结合安全生产实际、员工思想实际,才能真正推动矿井安全高效发展。

Safety is the most significant issue for coal mines. As the state is paying more and more emphasis on safety in core mines, strengthening safety management has become an important task for them to realize ＂safe development＂ . Consciousness shall lead behavior, and safety publicity and education is a powerful weapon for strengthening safety awareness, correcting the cognitive deviations, standardizing operating behaviors and building correct value. Under the new historical conditions, safety publicity and education must be conducted in close combination with the actual situations of safety production and employees＇ thoughts in order to push forward safe and high-efficiency development of coal mines.
