我国蔬菜重金属污染现状与治理措施研究

Study on Vegetable Heavy Metal Pollution and Control in China

重金属污染指由重金属或其化合物造成的环境污染,其主要来源是工业污染,其次是交通污染和生活垃圾污染。蔬菜重金属污染直接会影响到人体健康,在介绍我国蔬菜重金属污染的现状、主要危害的基础上,阐述了造成我国蔬菜重金属污染的因素,并对蔬菜重金属污染提出了防控对策。

Heavy metal pollution indi- cates the environmental pollution caused by heavy metals or their compounds, it is mainly originated from industrial pollu- tion, then traffic pollution and domestic garbage pollution. Heavy metal pollution in vegetables directly influences human health. On the basis of introducing cur- rent heavy metal pollution in vegetables and major hazards in China, major pollu- tion factors were explored, prevention and control measures were proposed.
