党的十八大报告指出:"建设社会主义文化强国,关键是增强全民族文化创造活力。"这不仅是增强中华文化国际影响力、提高中国文化国际竞争力的需要,也是实现中华民族伟大复兴的需要。文化是一个国家根之所系、脉之所维,是国家软实力的核心,决定着国家未来的发展。因此,我们要提高文化产品质量,为增强中华文化国际影响力奠定基础;要提升中国文化国际传播能力,为增强中华文化国际影响力创造条件;要进一步加大国际文化交流与合作的力度,为增强中华文化国际影响力注入活力。

The report of the 18th congress of the CCP proposes that enhancing the influence of Chinese culture worldwide is needed to improve the international competitiveness of Chinese culture,maintain the national image of China,and realize the great rejuvena- tion of the Chinese nation.The culture is the root and veins of a country,is the core of national soft power,and deciding the future development of national.Therefore,we should improve the cultural quality of products,to enhance the influence of Chinese culture worldwide basis;promote the Chinese culture of international communication ability,to enhance the international influence of Chinese culture to create conditional;further increase the international cultural exchanges and cooperation,to enhance the international influ- ence of Chinese culture infuse vigor.
