摘要
顶岗实习的质量监控和评价是人才培养质量评价体系的重要组成部分。通过构建顶岗实习质量监控及评价指标体系,采用过程性评价与终结性评价相结合,分岗位进行等级评定的方式,校企合作推进顶岗实习质量监控及评价,对评价的实施效果和三方满意度进行调查分析,为顶岗实习质量监控和评价机制提出反馈建议和改进措施。
