康莱特注射液对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响

Observation of Kanglaite injection on the quality of life of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer

目的观察康莱特注射液对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量的影响。方法将78老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为2组,对照组40例采用TP方案(紫杉醇注射液+注射用顺铂)化疗治疗,治疗组38例在对照组治疗基础上加康莱特注射液治疗,2组均治疗3个周期后观察2组近期疗效,依据Karnof-sky评分观察生活质量改善情况,观察外周血白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hgb)含量、血小板计数(PLT),免疫指标CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性。结果治疗组有效率21.1%,对照组有效率22.5%,2组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组近期疗效相当。治疗组生活质量改善率73.7%,对照组生活质量改善率50.0%,2组生活质量改善率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组生活质量改善情况优于对照组。治疗组治疗后Hgb、WBC及PLT均高于对照组治疗后(P<0.01),说明治疗组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组。治疗组治疗后各免疫指标均高于对照组(P<0.01),说明治疗组可改善患者的免疫状态。结论康莱特注射液联合TP方案治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌可减少化疗的毒副反应,提高患者的免疫功能和生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of Kanglaite injection on the quality of life of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 78 elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group were treated by TP chemotherapy regimen（paclitaxel injection ＋ injection cisplatin）.38 patients in the treatment group received Kanglaite injection on the basis of TP chemotherapy regimen.Short-term effect was observed in the two groups for three cycles,the improvement of quality of life was observed according to the Karnofsky score.WBC,Hgb,PLT,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8,natural killer（NK） cell activity was observed.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 21.1%,the control group was 22.5%,and difference between two groups was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Improvement rate the quality of life in the treatment group was 73.7%,Improvement rate the quality of life in the control group was 50.0%.The difference between two groups on improvement rate the quality of life was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The levels of Hgb,WBC and PLT in treatment group were higher than those in control group after treatment（P〈0.01）.The incidence of bone marrow suppression in treatment group was less than that in control group.Treatment group can improve the patient＇s immune status,enhancing immune function,play the inhibition and killing effect on tumor cell.Conclusion Kanglaite injection in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer can reduce chemotherapy toxicity,improve immune function and quality of life of patients
