迈之灵片治疗各型痔146例临床观察

Clinical observation of various types of hemorrhoids treated by Maizhiling tablet

目的观察迈之灵片治疗痔的临床疗效。方法将268例各型痔患者随机分为2组,治疗组146例予迈之灵片治疗,对照组122例予独一味胶囊治疗。观察2组治疗前后便血、黏膜改变、脱垂、疼痛及水肿等症状变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后各症状、体征积分与本组治疗前比较均明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。2组各型痔临床疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论迈之灵片可明显缓解各型痔的临床症状,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of Maizhiling tablet on hemorrhoids.Methods 268 cases of various types of hemorrhoids were randomly divided into 2 groups.Treatment group was treated by Maizhiling tablet.Control group received Duyiwei capsule.Changes of the blood in the stool,the mucous membrane,prolapse,pain,edema and other symptoms before and after treatment were observed.Results Symptoms and signs score after treatment were decreased significantly as compared with those before treatment in two groups（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Maizhiling tablet can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of the various types of hemorrhoids,has a significant effect.
