摘要
自2003年投产以来,岭澳核电站一期汽动主给水泵的ENTEK 6611系列超速保护装置就面临备件短缺的问题,给汽动给水泵及二回路给水系统的正常运行留下了重大隐患。经过分析,于2009年使用原厂升级的XM系列产品对该超速保护装置进行了换型改造。本文阐述了改造的必要性和可行性,并对相关系统和设备的功能、性能参数和改造过程等进行了描述。本次改造既解决了原有ENTEK6611系列超速保护系统备件缺乏、设备老化的问题,又增强了系统的可靠性。
The ENTEK 6611 series overspeed protection system is short of spare parts since the units of Ling'Ao Ⅰ were put into operation in 2003,and it causes great hidden risk to the normal operation of the turbine-driven feedwater pump and the second loop feedwater system.After research and analysis,it is decided to use the updated XM series equipment produced by the original factory to do the modification in Ling'Ao Ⅰ in 2009.This paper expounds the necessity and feasibility of the modification,describes the function and performance parameters of the systems and equipment and also the process of the modification.After this modification,it solved the problem of the shortage of spare parts and the aging of equipment of the ENTEK 6611 series overspeed protection system,and also enhanced the reliability of the systems.
