核电厂松动部件监测系统误报警分析处理与改进建议 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了岭澳核电站二期3号机组松动部件与振动监测系统(KIR)传感器的位置布置,采用持续监测及软件模拟的方法对机组冷态功能试验及热态功能试验期间的报警问题进行了分析,并分析了由过载导致的报警原因及解决措施;对由系统原始缺陷导致的故障提出了改进建议:加宽系统的探测范围并增加测量通道。 This paper first briefly introduces the main structure of loose components and vibration monitoring system(KIR) of Ling'Ao Ⅱ.Because of mass information of overload alarm from the KIR system during the CFT and HFT of Ling'Ao Ⅱ,we use the method of continuous monitoring and software simulation to find out the main cause of the false alarm,i.e.the original defect of the KIR system.According to the result of discussion,the detect ability of system is improved and measurement channel is increased as suggested.
