Role of Scene Simulation Teaching Mode in Occupation Career Planning and Employment Guidance

分析了职业生涯规划与就业指导在当代大学生就业工作中的重要作用,提出把场景模拟教学模式引入职业生涯规划与就业指导课程,并介绍了场景模拟教学模式的含义、特点、常用形式,同时,引用该模式对职业生涯规划与就业指导进行了教学安排。最后,指出了教师在职业生涯规划与就业指导课程中运用场景模拟教学模式应该注意的问题。

It is analyzed the important position of occupation career planning and employment guidance in employment work for contemporary college students. And a scene simulation teaching mode should be introduced to the occupation career planning and employment guiding course is put forward, and the meaning, the characteristics, the common form of the scene simulation teaching mode are described. Also, this mode is introduced to the occupation career planning and employment guidance for the teaching arrangement. Finally, it is pointed out the detailed problems that teachers should pay attention to in the occupation career planning and employment guidance courses in using the scene simulation teaching mode.
