摘要
研究了高效镀铬工艺的镀层性能 ,包括硬度、耐磨性、结合力、耐蚀性、镀层晶体结构和镀层微裂纹数目等。实验发现 ,此种镀层具有较高硬度的原因主要为表面较高的氧化物含量及镀层含有有机碳化物 ,通过XPS分析的方法测定了碳含量与溅射深度的关系。
The properties of hard chromium deposits with high current efficiency at above 26% were studied, such as hardness, wear resistance, adherence, corrosion resistance and the number of microcracks etc. It was found that high hardness of deposits attribute to high content of oxide and organic-carbide in the coating. The relationship between carbide content and depth of the deposits was determined by XPS analysis technology.
