摘要
鉴于酸性化学镀镍所存在的镀液温度高、能耗大和镀液稳定性差等缺点 ,通过筛选 ,找出一种理想的组合络合剂。该组合络合剂可将化学镀镍沉积温度降至 70℃左右 ,镀液稳定、镀速快 ,镀层外观光亮、耐蚀性好。
In view of the weaknesses of acidic electroless nickel plating such as high temperature, large energy consumption and poor stability, a desired combined complexing agent has been optimized which decreases the temperature of electroless nickel plating to 70℃, without reducing the plating rate, deposit brightness and corrosion resistance. In addition, stability of electroless nickel plating bath is improved.
