摘要
能量色散X射线荧光方法中,谱线光滑和本底扣除是两项关键技术,是定性分析和定量分析的前提,将直接影响X荧光解谱的精度。论文利用小波多分辨率分析对X射线荧光光谱进行平滑滤噪和本底扣除,达到了良好的效果。
In the measure of energy dispersive X - ray fluorescence, the lines smooth and background subtraction are key techniques that are the premise of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and will influence the precision of X - fluorescence spectrum analysis. This text uses wavelet multi - resolution analysis to conduct the smoothing filter noise and background subtraction to the X- ray fluorescence spectrum, and carry out a good effect.
