鼠神经生长因子联合硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察鼠神经生长因子联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(Diabetic perineuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法 60例DPN患者随机分为A、B两组,A组为鼠源性神经生长因子+α-硫辛酸治疗组,B组为单纯甲钴胺治疗组,观察两组治疗前后的临床疗效、脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(S0D)、血清总抗氧化能力(TA0c)、神经运动传导速度(MNCV)、神经感觉传导速度(SNCV)的改善情况、多伦多临床评分系统(Toronto clinical sco-ring system,TCSS)的评分情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 A组总有效率为90.00%,高于B组50.00%,P<0.01;两组治疗前后MNCV、SNCV较治疗前均改善,P<0.05;治疗后A组改善情况优于B组,P<0.05;两组治疗前后TCSS评分均明显降低,P<0.01;治疗后A组改善情况优于B组P<0.05;与B组比较A组血清MDA明显减少(P<0.05),SOD及TAOC明显提高(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,是治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的一种较好的方法,值得在临床上推广应用。 Objective To observe the efficacy of the mouse nerve growth factor(mNGF) combining with α lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy ( DPN ). Methods 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into two groups( A and B group), A group was given to NGF + α lipoic acid,B group was given to mecobalamin only. Observing the clinical efficacy, the improving condition of MNCV and SNCV ,the TCSS before and after curation,The changes of malonaldehyde( MDA ), erythro- cyte superoxide dis^utase(SOD) ,serum total antioxygen capability (TAOC) were observed before and after treatment. Results The efficacy of A group was highter than that of B group( P 〈 0. 01 ) , the MNCV and SNCV of A and B group become faster "after curation (P 〈 0.05 ), the nerve conduction velocity of A group was higher than B group( P 〈 0.05 ), the TCSS of A and B group was lower after curation ( P 〈 0. 01 ) , the condition of A group was better than B group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ,, The decrease of serum MDA and increase of SOD and TAOC in treatment group were more obvious than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Mouse nerve growth factor combining with ot lipoic acid is salty and effective to the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
