盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎152例疗效观察

Clinical observation of tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsule and Qianlie'an shuan in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis on 152 cases

目的观察评价盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的有效性及安全性。方法对152例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者进行为期8周的疗效观察。结果用药前和用药后8周分别对患者进行国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI),用药后总分比用药前平均降低(8.2),前列腺液常规检查白细胞计数分别较治疗前降低(15.8),治疗8周后总有效率为89.7%,有统计学意义。结论盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊联合前列安栓显著的改善慢性前列腺炎患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,降低前列液中白细胞计数和提高卵磷脂含量,具有确切的疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of tamsulosin hydrochlofide sustained release tablets and Qianlie＇an Shuan in the treatment of chronic non-becterial prostatitis. Methods Clinical observation of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis for an eight-week efficacy on 152 cases. Results The chronic prostatitis symptom score sheet（ NIH-CPS1 ） were recor- ded and compared before and after treatment in patients. After treatment the average score lower than before treatment （ 8. 2 ）. The white blood cell counts of prostate fluid routine examination were lower than before treatment（ 15. 8）. After 8 weeks,the total effec- tive rate was 89. 7%, which was statistically significant. Conclusion tamsulosin hydrechloride sustained release tablets joint with Qianlie＇ an Shuan which significant improved chronic prostafifis symptoms and quality of life, reduced the forefront, of fluid white blood cell count and increased lecithin content, with the exact results.
