康复新液治疗新生儿尿布皮炎的效果评价

目的探讨康复新液护理新生儿尿布皮炎的效果。方法以我院2010年6月～2011年10月收治的74例新生儿尿布皮炎患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各37例,对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用常规护理联合康复新液治疗,比较两组效果。结果试验组患儿总有效率为97.30%,对照组患儿总有效率为72.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗新生儿尿布皮炎具有较好效果,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Kangfuxin Liquid on neonatal diaper dermatitis. Methods Selected from June 2010 to October 2011, 74 neonatal diaper dermatitis children patients in our hospital as the object for study, divided into a control group and the test group, 37 cases each. The children patients in control group were treated with usual care, while the children patients in study group were treated with conventional care combined with Kangfuxin liquid treatment. Compared with the care effects of children patients in two groups. Results The children patients in study group total effective rate was 97.30%, while the children patients in control group total effective rate was 72. 97%, there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion Kanfuxin liquid treatment of neonatal diaper dermatitis has good effects＇, it worthy of clinical aoplieation.
