痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响

Clinical effect ofTanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonidein in bronchial asthma and its influence for the pulmonary function

目的探讨痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效及其对患者肺功能的影响。方法选取2008年6月～2012年6月于本院进行治疗的158例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(痰热清注射液组)和观察组(痰热清联合布地奈德雾化吸入组)每组各79例,后将两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前、治疗后3d、7d的肺功能指标进行比较,结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,治疗后3d、7d的FVC、MMF、FEV1、PEF25、PEF50及V25、V50的水平均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效较佳,且可较快地改善患者的肺功能指标。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonidein in bronchial asthma and its influence for the pulmonary function. Methods 158 patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2012 were selected as research object,and they were randomly divided into control group（ Tanreqing injec- tion group）and observation group（ Tanreqing injection： combined with aerosol inhalation group）with 79 cases in each group, then the total effective rate and pulmonary function indexes before and after the treatment at third and seventh day of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higtier than that of control＇group,FVC,MMF,FEVl ,PEt＇25, PEF50, V25 and V50 after the treatment at third and seventh day were all higher than those of control group, all P 〈 0.05. Conclu- sion The clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with aerosol inhalation of budesonidein in bronchial asthma is better,and it can quickly improve the pulmonary function.
