无创机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的67例疗效观察

目的对无创机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床疗效进行探讨。方法 67例急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者在积极综合治疗的同时,应用无创机械通气进行治疗,观察并比较患者治疗前及治疗后24h的血压、呼吸、pH、PaCO2及氧合指数(PaO2/FiO2)。结果 67例患者经过无创机械通气治疗后,通气状态都得到了不同程度的改善。治疗前的收缩压、舒张压、呼吸频率、心率及PaCO2明显高于相应治疗后的水平(P<0.05);治疗前的氧合指数和pH值低于相应治疗后的水平(P<0.05)。结论无创机械通气治疗急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果俱佳,能有效改善患者的呼吸困难情况,提高氧合指数和PH值,稳定血压及心率,值得在临床更广泛地应用。

Results After treatment of nou-invasive meehani- ca] ventilation, the ventilation states of patients Were improved inordinately. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, re- spiratory rate,heart rate and PaCO 2 before treatment were higher than that after treatment,P 〈 O. 05,significant,,differenee ; oxygen index and pH value before treatment were less than that after treatment,P 〈 0.05, and statistically significant difference. Conclu- sion The curative effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation for acute respiratory distress syndrome is good, can effectively im- prove difficulty breathing of patients, enhance oxygen and index and PH value, stable blood pressure and heart rate, worth using more widely in clinical.
