益母草冲剂联合当归丸治疗药物流产后腹痛、月经失调的临床疗效分析

Clinical effect of Motherwort Medicine combined with Angelica for pain and menstrual disorders after medical abortion pill

目的探讨益母草冲剂联合当归丸治疗药物流产后腹痛、月经失调的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月～2011年6月门诊就诊自愿药物终止妊娠的育龄妇女102例为研究对象,按照数字随机表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。观察组在腹痛明显或妊娠囊排出宫腔后即服益母草冲剂,1包/次,3次/d,服用1周后加服当归丸,15粒/次,2次/d,一直到月经恢复正常。对照组只在腹痛时服用其他止痛药物对症治疗。对两组腹痛消失时间、月经恢复正常时间以及恢复后月经情况进行比较。结果观察组腹痛消失时间平均为(2.6±0.8)d,对照组平均为(6.4±1.1)d,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组月经周期恢复正常时间平均为(1.2±0.4)个月,对照组平均为(2.2±1.2)个月,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。月经周期恢复后,观察组经期时间正常者49例(96.1%),对照组正常者41例(80.4%);观察组月经量正常者50例(98.0%),对照组正常者42例(82.4%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益母草冲剂联合当归丸配伍应用治疗药物流产后腹痛、月经失调效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Motherwort Medicine combined with Angelica for pain and men- strum disorders after medical abortion pill. Methods 102 women of childbearing age who needed voluntary medical termination of pregnancy froal January 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to a random number table, with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given Motherwort medicine, 1 packet / time, 3 times/d. After 1 week, patients were adopted to take Angelica pill, 15/times, 2 times/d, until the recovery period to nor- mal. The patients in the control group only took other pain medications for symptomatic treatment when tile patients felt pain. Time of abdominal pain disappearing, recovery time of menstruation and menstruation were compared. Results The average time of ab- dominal pain disapearing was（2. 6 ± 0. 8 ）d in the observation group and （6. 4±1.1 ）d in tile control group, and the time of ab- dominal pain disapearing in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. the average recovery time of the menstrual cycle was （ 1.2 ± 0. 4） months in the observation group and （ 2. 2 ±1.2 ） months in the control group, and the average recovery time of the menstrual cycle in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the con- trol group （P 〈 0. 05）. Menstrual cycle after the resumption of normal time period the observation group, 49 cases, accounting lbr 96. 1% in the control group of normal in 41 cases, accounting for 80. 4% ; the observation group were 50 cases of normal tnenstru- al flow, accounting for 98. 0%, normal control group accounted for 42 cases, 82.4% , the differences were statlslically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Motherwort Medicine joint application compatibility Angelica pill medication abortion aMominal pain, menstrual disorders effect is remarkable.
