医用射线防护剂在乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤中的防治及效果评估

目的探讨医用射线防护剂在乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤中的防治及效果。方法选择120例乳腺癌患者,在照射之前均进行放疗健康宣教,在放疗过程中进行常规的督导,于放射初期每日放疗之后的1h将医用射线防护剂轻轻喷雾于射野皮肤处,喷雾剂量0.1ml/(cm2.d),2～3次/d,0.05ml/次;在放疗中期,可以根据照射野皮肤的实际情况以及患者感觉适当增加喷雾的次数,直到放疗终止之后继续对患者喷雾7～10d。结果防治后放射性皮炎发生严重程度明显低于防治前;防治后患者对健康知识的知晓度、健康意识、防护意识等均高于防治前;防治后患者的生存质量得分要明显高于防治前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将医用射线防护剂用于乳腺癌患者放射性皮肤损伤中的防治,能够减小患者皮肤的损伤度,患者的心理状况转良、健康知识的掌握度明显提高,且生存质量也有所提高。

Conclusion Medical Radiation protectants for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer patients with radiation-induced skin injury can reduce the degree of damage of the skin of the pa- tients,the patient＇s mental status turn benign health knowledge has improved significantly, and the quality of life also improved.
