摘要 以水雨情遥测实时监测系统的需求为基础,利用ArcGIS Server技术,借助.NET平台,开发满足要求且实用性强的遵义市水雨情实时监测系统,实现了对具有现势性、动态性和空间性的水雨情相关数据的网络共享、显示、查询和监测。该系统在很大程度上提高了水雨情数据收集处理的工作效率,具有良好的社会和经济效益。 Based on the demand of the real -time water regime monitoring system,using the technology of ArcGIS server and platform of NET, we developed the real - time water regime monitoring system which had met the requirements and had strong practicability. It achieved network sha- ring, displaying, inquiring and monitoring of the water and rainfall data, which were up-to-date, dynamic and spatial. This system had improved the work efficiency of water and rainfall data collection and brought social and economical benefits in reservoir regulation.
