Reservoir immigrants resettlement is a system engineering.Community resettlement advocates resettlement area according to the city community building standard planning.Solve immigration issues about production and life and promote immigrants to get rich through various channels.Compare the community resettlement mode and traditional resettlement mode through typical examples,the results show that community resettlement can greatly save the land resettlement,and affected less by the national current land policy comparing with the agricultural resettlement,and is beneficial to smooth transition for immigrants as well,which will reduce the risk of resettlement.
