水电产业"走出去"以水电工程技术标准为技术支撑,实际上形成了以技术标准为技术、知识共享平台和核心内容的"走出去"商业生态系统。水电工程技术标准商业生态系统生存和发育遵循开拓、拓展、领导权、更新或死亡等4个阶段的演化发展规律。水电工程技术标准"走出去"后新商业生态系统仍遵循4个阶段发展规律,技术标准间的竞争和合作实质上为商业生态系统间的竞争与合作,并在竞争与合作中共同进化。水电工程技术标准"走出去"后,新成员加入到商业生态系统中,新老成员形成共同经济体及新的利益共享机制,商业成员不断演化,共享商业生态系统的收益。

The international hydropower business of the Chinese hydropower enterprises is now increasingly demanding the acceptance of the Chi- nese hydropower technical standards in the international markets, and creating ＂Going Global＂ business ecosystem. There are four stages of devel- opment, expansion, authority and updating or elimination for Chinese hydropower technical standards ＂Going Global＂ business ecosystem in the in- ternational markets. The competition or cooperation among the deferent technical standards business ecosystem enter the hydropower market, and e- volution together. Some host and local newcomers enter the ＂Going Global＂ business ecosystem, and creating a new economic community and a val- ue＇ s system of organization, and sharing the interests and values among them.
