摘要
我国的民生状况没有随经济的快速增长同步改善,降低了居民幸福感,需要增加财政投入和适当融资,提高民生资金和设施的利用效率,为此应重视居民意愿,让公众从时效、便利、成本和公正等方面对政府进行日常化的民生服务满意度评价,并将结果纳入官员业绩考核评价指标体系,加强民生制度建设。
That the improvement on people＇s livelihood has fallen behind the fast economic growth in China reduces the residents＇ happiness and the relative research needs to be strengthened.Including stressing on the objective scale while despising the individual subjective evaluation,emphasizing the investment on the people＇ livelihood while despising the welfare effect,emphasizing the financial investment while despising credit financing,emphasizing the output of people＇ livelihood investment while despising the use efficiency of output,and emphasizing countermeasures study while despising the system construction.
