摘要
利用Adams软件,依据某一重型汽车的相关参数,建立整车模型。在转向盘角跃阶输入和稳态回转2种典型工况下,对整车进行操纵稳定性仿真分析,并将结果与实车试验数据作对比。在模型正确的基础上,提出了通过适度增加前钢板弹簧刚度,来改善汽车操纵稳定性的方案。
According to the related parameters, a heavy-duty vehicle model was established by using the software Adams. The handling stability simulation was carried out under the conditions of the steady state cornering test and the steering transient response test of steering wheel angle step input, and the results were compared with the real data of vehicle experiments. The improvement measure was presented by properly increasing the stiffness of the front leaf spring to improve the vehicle's handling stability on the basis of the correct model.
