一种无功功率补偿器

摘要 利用AT89C52单片机设计了一种无功功率补偿器。该补偿器利用单片机AT89C52实现对数据的处理、输入和输出等功能;采用数字检测电路来获取电网中电压与电流的相位差;控制开关采用过零触发型固态继电器,使电容的投入和切除控制实现等电压投入、零电流切除;添加了光电耦合器,以便提高系统的抗干扰性;利用外接键盘实现了功率因数的人工设置。通过实时监测功率因数及分析补偿,该补偿器能够有效提高电力系统的供电质量和降低电能损耗。 A kind of reactive power compensator by using the single chip microcomputer AT89C52 was designed. The single chip microcomputer AT89C52 was used to realize the data processing, in- put and output control function in this compensator; the digital detection circuit was adopted to ob- tain the phase difference of voltage and current in the power grid; zero-crossing trigger type solid state relay was used as control switch to make the input and resection control of capacitance realize input when the voltage of the power system equaled the voltage of the capacitor and elimination when the current was zero; the photoelectric coupler was applied to improve anti-interference of the sys- tem; manual settings of power factor were achieved using an external keyboard. Through the real- time monitoring power factor and analysis of the compensation, this compensator can effectively im- prove the power supply quality of power system and reduce the power loss.
