摘要
假设某汽车发动机上的某铸铁部件由铝合金部件替换,对由此导致的发动机质量变化和材料变化对车辆生命周期燃料循环和车辆循环两种不同的能量循环的影响进行分析。分析结果表明:当发动机上铝的质量增加,燃料循环阶段能耗明显降低,车辆循环阶段能耗增加,但影响不大,总体效果使得车辆生命周期能耗明显降低。
The influence of the engine quality change and material change on fuel cycle and vehicle cycle was analyzed if casting iron parts of engine was replaced by aluminum alloy parts. The analysis results show that: with the increase of the aluminum quality, the energy consumption of the fuel cycle stage obviously decreases, the energy consumption of the vehicle cycle stage increases, but the impact is not big, overall effect makes the vehicle life cycle energy consumption decrease obviously.
