摘要
利用试验测试车架挠度,验证该工况下大学生方程式赛车(FSC)车架有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上对车架的弯曲静载、转弯、刹车工况及扭转刚度进行有限元仿真,保证了结果的可靠性。通过数值分析说明车架强度、刚度满足设计要求。
The deflection of FSC frame was tested to validate the correctness of the frame finite element model. The static bending,turning,braking conditions and torsion stiffness were simulated further to ensure the reliability of the results. The results show the frame strength and stiffness meet the design requirements.
