摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为保护剂,乙醇为还原剂,乙醇-水为溶剂制备了PVP-2Ru/1Pt双金属胶体.以PVP-2Ru/1Pt催化间氯硝基苯(m-CNB)和对氯硝基苯(p-CNB)的催化氢化反应.考察了底物浓度、催化剂浓度和反应温度等因素的影响.当反应温度为30℃,氢气压力为0.1MPa时,反应速率分别可达0.054 5(m-CNB)和0.054 2(p-CNB)s-1,转化率均可达到100%,间氯苯胺和对氯苯胺的选择性分别可达99.3%和>99.9%.
Poly(N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone)-stabilized Ru/Pt colloidal (PVP-2Ru/1Pt) were prepared in ethanol- water mixed solvents with ethanol as reductant. PVP-2Ru/1Pt was used as a catalyst for the selective hydro- genation of m-chloronitrobenzene (m-CNB) and p-chloronitrobenzene (p-CNB). The influence of substrate concentration, catalyst concentration, reaction temperature on the hydrogenation was investigated. Under the conditions at 30 ℃and 0. 1 MPa of hydrogen, the average rate of m-CNB and p-CNB reached 0. 0545 and 0. 0542 s^-1 and the conversion was 100%. The selectivity of m-chloroaniline and p- chloroaniline was 99.3 and 〉99.9% respectively.
