摘要
基于X射线衍射分析和Thermo-calc软件热力学平衡相计算,研究了在Q235钢基体上等离子熔覆添加的镍包WC含量为10%、30%、50%的铁基合金涂层的组织演变过程和WC含量变化对涂层相的影响,分析了各相的析出规律,并将计算结果与试验结果进行了分析与比较,得出计算结果与试验结果基本吻合.该研究为进一步挖掘涂层组织潜力和改善熔覆工艺提供了理论依据.
The microstructure evolution of the cladding layer formed by plasma cladding Fe-base with 10%, 30% and 50% WC respectively on Q235 steel are studied on the analysis by XRD and the calculation of Thermodynamic equilibrium phase using Thermo-calc software. Equilibrium phases in the cladding layer and the effect of the WC content on the coating are studied. The calculation results are in accordance with the experiment results, which give theoretic basis for utilizing the coating microstructure potential and improving cladding process.
