文章分析了当前获取职务犯罪线索的现状与困境,提出了激发群众举报热情发现线索、通过案件行贿人挖掘线索、通过职务犯罪易发、多发环节排查线索、通过职权关系梳理案件线索、通过与有关部门联系扩大案件线索等解决的办法。

This paper analyzes the current acquisition of post crime clues and current situation, put forward to stimulate the masses , find clues, through the case of bribery crime clues through mining, prone, multiple link investigation leads, through authority relationship carding case clue, through contact with the Department concerned to expand the case cues such as the solution.
